The pair\u2019s stellar teamwork and precision secured them the top spot on the podium.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">The host nation struck gold again in the mixed doubles, with national champion Obapomba Adu Mintah and his twin sister, Moslena Ama Koramah Adu, triumphing over compatriots Francis Obeng and Rachael Quarcoo in an all-Ghanaian final.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Nigeria, however, asserted its dominance in the men\u2019s singles events.
