Accra, Ghana \u2013 July 3, 2024<\/strong> \u2013 The Ghana Badminton Federation is delighted to announce that Gabriel Atseku, one of our esteemed technical officials, has arrived in Uganda to participate in the Para badminton tournament. This significant event marks a pivotal step in Gabriel's journey towards becoming an African Certified Umpire and eventually upgrading to the World level.<\/p>\n

A Milestone for Gabriel Atseku<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ghana's first and highest-ranked international umpire, Gabriel Atseku, has again placed his country in the history books. Gabriel Atseku's participation in the Para badminton tournament in Uganda is not only a testament to his dedication and expertise but also a crucial assessment towards his qualification as an African Certified Umpire- the first and only Ghanaian on a pathway to achieve this journey, which embodies the commitment and excellence that the Ghana Badminton Federation strives to promote among its officials in promoting them to officiate at the world level.<\/p>\n
