Cameroon International
The Cameroon International is a recognized international badminton competition held in Yaoundé, Cameroon, and is part of the Badminton World Federation (BWF) Continental Circuit under the Badminton Confederation of Africa. Established in 2017, the event attracts players from around the world to compete across five disciplines: men’s singles, women’s singles, men’s doubles, women’s doubles, and mixed doubles. The tournament offers valuable BWF world ranking points and prize money, helping athletes advance their international careers. In recent editions, including the 2025 event, the competition has grown in stature and participation, reinforcing Cameroon’s role in hosting high‑level badminton in Africa.
