Emmanuella Pokuah Asamoah is a sports programs and administration professional with extensive experience across sports development, federation operations, event management, recreation programming, and community-based sport initiatives in Ghana.
She currently serves as Programs Officer for the Ghana Badminton Association, where she supports the planning, coordination, and execution of badminton programs, competitions, athlete development activities, and stakeholder engagements aimed at strengthening the sport nationwide.
Her professional background spans multiple areas of the sports ecosystem, including national recreation and wellness programming, sports event planning and delivery, grassroots and community sports activation, athlete engagement, logistics and operations, sponsorship support, and inter-agency collaboration. She has contributed to the organization and management of sporting and recreational events involving government institutions, sports federations, private sector partners, and local communities.
Emmanuella has worked closely with sports administrators, coaches, athletes, volunteers, and public institutions, supporting activities such as sports festivals, competitive events, wellness and fitness programs, public engagement exercises, budgeting and reporting, coordination of teams and officials, and program documentation.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Ghana, bringing a people-centered approach to sports programming, athlete welfare, and community participation. Emmanuella is committed to using sport as a tool for development, inclusion, health promotion, and sustainable sporting excellence.
