Ghana Badminton and Badminton World Federation, in partnership with the World Academy of Sport (WAoS), has launched the scholarship programme for dual-career young athletes.
The programme aims to help them learn new skills that can improve their career opportunities and in turn the communities around them.
The online course is open to young athletes aged between 15 to 18 years old and it can be completed within 4.5 hours.
Ghana Badminton-BWF-WAoS Scholarship Programmes The Badminton World Federation has launched various scholarship programmes for dual-career athletes in partnership with the World Academy of Sport. All programmes are 100 per cent online, recognizing that athletes require flexibility at different stages of their careers. The scholarship application process for each programme is determined by the intake timeline. Programmes are open to both badminton and Para badminton athletes.
