Evans yeboah
Evans Yeboah is a Business Executive, Investment Analyst, Academia, Sports Administrator and
Philanthropist who, until recently, served as the Regional Managing Director of Discoverytel Tel
Inc., Ghana – West Africa's President telecom Service provider since 1999. Since 2017 he has
been the President and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ghana Badminton Federation – the
National Governing Organization and supervisory of Badminton responsible for governance and
development of the Olympic Sport of Badminton and all members. In 2019, Evans was elected
Chairman of the Board of AFS Intercultural Exchange Program – Ghana – an international non-
governmental organization that provides global intercultural Learning opportunities to create a
more just and peaceful world.
Evans Yeboah was a presidential candidate for the Africa Elections as President of the Badminton
Confederation of Africa- the Continental Governing Body of Badminton in Africa. Due to his
management accounting and organizational management prowess, he was elected to the Africa
Board of Badminton in Africa. His international relations and business acumen enabled him to be
selected to Head the Finance Committee of Continental Sport, responsible for all 44 countries in
which the sport operates.
Yeboah, Evans has led four businesses in Africa and served on the boards of government and non-
government organizations. He is regarded as an efficient Corporate Turnaround Specialist in
growing EBITDA and managing these firms by more than 29% in the short term by using rapid
change action on change management to stabilize businesses.
